Bilancio Aperto is an application developed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance – General Accounting Office. It seeks to enhance transparency for all citizens while ensuring efficient functionality for industry professionals.

The homepage provides summary data and key information from the complex structure of the budget data. It serves as an entry point for newcomers to familiarize themselves with state budget consultation. Additionally, periodic updates cover topics such as the Economic and Financial Document (DEF), State Payments, Gender Budgeting, Budget Reports, Environmental Accounting, among others.

Access to Documents

The documents related to the state budget are now more accessible. Users can browse through categories and download content with a single tap. A dedicated glossary is also available to assist users in understanding technical terminology.

Data Navigation

The data navigation feature allows users to explore revenue, expenses, and fiscal balances. For the Financial Statement, Adjustments, and Budget Law, it is possible to navigate revenues by Title, Nature, Type, Activity, Chapter, and Article, as well as expenses by Ministry, Mission, Program, Title, CDR, Category, Action, Chapter, and Management Plan. Users can view balances and key indicators either in tabular form or as graphical representations, with detailed data accessible through interactive visualizations.

Users interested in receiving updates can register their email on the platform. The email account will be used exclusively for communication regarding budget processes and app-related news.
